Instant and Healthy Cortés Snack Cake

3 tbsp all-purpose wheat flour
1 tbsp Cortés Sugar-Free Cocoa
¼ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tbsp peanut, almond, or hazelnut butter
2 tsp honey
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sugar-free apple sauce
1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp almond milk
- Grease a mug or a pan with capacity for one cup.
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well using a fork.
- Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes until it is cooked through.
- Garnish with nuts and a drizzle of honey.
