¾ cup coffee liqueur or coffee-infused rum

¼ cup Cortés Coffee, brewed

1 cup sour cream

1 stick + 1 tbsp unsalted butter, soft but still cold

1-½ cup brown sugar

3 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup hot water
