Cortés Chocolate Bushwacker
This refreshing alternative for summer is a very popular cocktail in the islands of Culebra and Vieques.

INGREDIENTS
2 ½ oz coconut cream
¼ cup Cortés Chocolate Ready to Drink*
1 oz chocolate liqueur
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz cream liqueur
1 oz almond liqueur
1 oz vodka
1 oz coconut rum
Chocolate syrup
Whipped cream
Cherries, for garnish
2 cups ice
*You may substitute the Cortés Chocolate Ready to Drink with the same amount of Choco Fríoo.
PROCEDURE
Use the chocolate syrup to garnish the sides of a tall glass tumbler. In a blender, mix all the ingredients (except for the ice) at medium speed. Add the ice and blend at high speed, until you get a frappé-like consistency. Garnish with whipped cream and cherries. You may substitute the coconut rum with amber rum.
