Hot Cocoa with Dark Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ tbsp Cortés Unsweetened Cocoa

1 tbsp sugar

1 pinch salt

1 cup fresh milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

PROCEDURE

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of fresh milk in a small pot.
  2. Combine the Cortés Sugar-Free Cocoa, sugar, and salt. Add this mixture to the pot. Heat over medium heat until the cocoa mixture is dissolved in the milk.
  3. Gradually add the rest of the milk.
  4. Add the vanilla.
  5. Serve with mini marshmallows and cookies.
