Hot Cocoa with Dark Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ tbsp Cortés Unsweetened Cocoa
1 tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
1 cup fresh milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
PROCEDURE
- Pour 2 tablespoons of fresh milk in a small pot.
- Combine the Cortés Sugar-Free Cocoa, sugar, and salt. Add this mixture to the pot. Heat over medium heat until the cocoa mixture is dissolved in the milk.
- Gradually add the rest of the milk.
- Add the vanilla.
- Serve with mini marshmallows and cookies.
