Cortés Chocolate Christmas Feast
Don’t let your Christmas table do without some hot Cortés Cocoa, as well as treats for your guests to use their creativity and prepare their cocoa mugs however they like.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
8 segments Cortés Chocolate
4 cans evaporated milk (12 oz)
2 cups fresh milk
Treats:
Candy canes
Peppermint chips
Mint syrup
Caramels and caramel syrup
Cinnamon sticks
Ground cinnamon
Marshmallows
Cortés Chocolate Chips
Cortés Instant Chocolate
Brownie pieces
Sprinkles
Fresh raspberries
Whipped cream
PROCEDURE
- In a large pot, heat up the water and the Cortés Chocolate segments over medium heat, until the chocolate melts. Add the evaporated milk and the fresh milk.
- Pour the hot chocolate mixture into a crock pot (slow cooker), cover it, and keep it at the table (on the warm setting) so your guests can serve themselves.
Set out the various treats in colorful containers around the crock pot. Use bright mugs with Christmas motifs.
