Chocolate Frosting
The perfect topping or filling for your cakes and desserts!
INGREDIENTS
1 stick unsalted butter, diced
2 3/4 cups Cortés Lite Ground Chocolate
2 cups powdered sugar (diet or regular)
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
PROCEDURE
Put all the ingredients, except for the heavy cream, in a blender and mix on high speed for 30 seconds. Then, gradually add the cream until you get the desired consistency. You can use this frosting as a cake filling, to decorate cookies or muffins, or to serve along with fruit.
Note: This recipe can be made with Cortés Ground Chocolate.
