Camping-Style Fudge
Prep time: 10 minutes + 2 hours to set
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
- 5 segments Cortés Chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
PROCEDURE
- Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper. Grease the entire inside of the pan with butter.
- Mix the condensed milk and the Cortés Chocolate segments in a pot over low heat. Mix well, stirring constantly until all the chocolate melts. Remove from the heat.
- Add the vanilla and mix well.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows until just combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan. Place it in the fridge and wait until it sets (at least 2 hours).
- Cut the fudge into 1-inch squares. Serve and enjoy!
