Camping-Style Fudge

Prep time: 10 minutes + 2 hours to set

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 5 segments Cortés Chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

PROCEDURE

  1. Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper. Grease the entire inside of the pan with butter.
  2. Mix the condensed milk and the Cortés Chocolate segments in a pot over low heat. Mix well, stirring constantly until all the chocolate melts. Remove from the heat.
  3. Add the vanilla and mix well.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows until just combined.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan. Place it in the fridge and wait until it sets (at least 2 hours).
  6. Cut the fudge into 1-inch squares. Serve and enjoy!
