Cortés Chocolate Pudding

Cortés Chocolate Pudding

This delicious cold pudding made with Cortés Chocolate should not be missing from your fridge. This recipe yields four servings.


1/3 cup sugar

3 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup Cortés Chocolate Chips

2 cups fresh milk

1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Dissolve the cornstarch into ½ cup of fresh milk.
  2. In a pot, mix the milk, sugar, Cortés Chocolate Chips, vanilla, and dissolved cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, for 5 to 6 minutes, until the mix thickens and all the Cortés Chocolate Chips have melted.
  3. Pour the mixture into dessert cups.
  4. After they’ve cooled down, put them in the refrigerator.
