Hot Chocolate Syrup with Cortés Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2/3 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup honey

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup Cortés Sugar-Free Cocoa

¼ tsp salt

1 cup Cortés Chocolate Chips

½ tsp vanilla

PROCEDURE

  1. In a small saucepan, mix the butter, heavy whipping cream, honey, sugar, Cortés Sugar-Free Cocoa, and salt. Heat over low heat until you see small bubbles form (3 minutes).
  2. Add the Cortés Chocolate Chips and vanilla.
  3. Pour over your favorite dessert or ice cream.
