Hot Chocolate Syrup with Cortés Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Cortés Sugar-Free Cocoa
¼ tsp salt
1 cup Cortés Chocolate Chips
½ tsp vanilla
PROCEDURE
- In a small saucepan, mix the butter, heavy whipping cream, honey, sugar, Cortés Sugar-Free Cocoa, and salt. Heat over low heat until you see small bubbles form (3 minutes).
- Add the Cortés Chocolate Chips and vanilla.
- Pour over your favorite dessert or ice cream.
