Post-Workout Tropical Smoothie

Prep time: 3 minutes


1 cup low fat unsweetened coconut milk

½ cup water

2 tbsp Cortés Lite Ground Chocolate

1 tbsp whey protein powder

½ banana, preferably peeled and frozen

¼ cup pineapple chunks (preferably frozen)

2 strawberries

½ cup ice


  1. Place the coconut milk, water, protein powder, and Cortés Lite Ground Chocolate in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Add fruit and ice. Blend at high speed until you get a thick consistency. If you’d like a more watery consistency, add more milk or water (to taste).
  4. Serve immediately.
