Forteza Caribbean Chocolate began with Eduardo Cortés’ bold vision: to create the first bean-to-bar chocolate made from Puerto Rican cacao. Guided by a commitment to quality and grounded in science from the start, the dream became reality through years of collaboration with local growers.
