Beat the butter until creamy.
Gradually add the brown and white sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
Add the eggs, egg yolks, and Chocolate Cortés chips.
Melt the Chocolate Cortés bar together with the Chocolate Cortés Premium with Almonds and add it to the mixture. Mix well.
Form 1 oz dough balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 320°F (160°C) for 14 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
